I would not look for a French restaurant in Japan, I would go for Japanese food, but my colleagues wanted to eat French so we went for French. No regrets, l'Osier is worth, good food, good wine , good service et vois la! ;-)
Questions & Answers
There is a dress code. Men are in shirts with collar. Women do not need to wear dresses unless they have too much skin exposure. In the seat, I remember that it was not good for men to take off their jackets.
